SOS Meals on Wheels

SOS is part of a network of over 5,000 independently operated Meals on Wheels programs across the United States. The nonprofit serves more than 1,800 meals each day to seniors throughout the San Francisco East Bay, helping address both hunger and social isolation. Modiv was commissioned to document the staff and volunteers who prepare and deliver meals as well as local seniors who receive services. The images are being used across social media, fundraising campaigns, newsletters, and reports to help communicate the organization's work and positive impact.

NorCal Carpenters Union

With over 36,000 active members in the San Francisco Bay Area, this labor union fights for equal rights and fair working conditions for all members including women and veterans. Modiv worked on job sites to photograph union members and their projects. The result is a comprehensive and authentic image library showing the diverse workforce that NorCal represents, and the tools of the trade they use every day to build the Bay Area.
